Please read all rules as they pertain to posting and using our skins and services.

1. RESPONSIBILITY

Be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with members, and staff, Staff is always willing to listen and help.
Be responsible for helping GMM IP3 SKIN THEMES set a high-standard for an active and friendly community.

2. RESPECT

Be respectful towards members
Be respectful towards staff.
Respect the opinions of others.
Respect the TOS of IPS
Any complaints disregarding any of the TOS of IPB should be sent to administrator directly.
Personal complaints should be also sent to any staff member to inform administrator of such complaint.
Remember when posting topics that we are a mixed genders of all ages and race.
No Foul or derogative names or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated. Everyone is allowed to be a member here ABOVE the age limit of 13.

3. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE
1. Any member posting links to pornographic sites or materials. This is against the Rules of IPS and can get a forum taken down immediately. Any such posts will be immediately removed by staff and the member responsible will be banned as well as email Addy and IP Addy.
2. SPAM -Any member registering just to drop links for any kind of spam, anti-virus, drugs, banking whatever may the case be will have the post edited and the member will be deleted and email Addy banned,

4. PLAGERISM & PIRACY.
It really should not have to be said; but the point is going to be brought up anyway. There is a ZERO Tolerance Rule to Plagiarism and Piracy. Violations will cause an immediate Ban and topic and post will be deleted.

4a All products purchased through the subscription manager are not in any way considered free domain. The use of these products entitles the subscribers use only. They shall not be passed around as freeware. Subscribers who distribute these products without the express permission of GMMSkinThemes will be removed from their subscriber status with no refund.”

5. WARNINGS and BANS.
Warnings and bans are not to be discussed on the forum. Such matters shall remain private between the staff and the offending member. Questions or comments concerning warnings and bans will be conveyed through e-mail or private messaging. Likewise, discussions regarding moderator actions are not permitted on the forum. If you have questions regarding a post or thread, please contact one of our Administrators via PM.


6. SIGNATURES
Signatures should be kept at a minimum size so the signature doesn't take up all the posting area. Remember others have to see the posts also. If a signature is found to be offensive please send a pm to staff and the signature in question will be removed or asked to be modified.

7. SKINS AND FILES.
All skin themes are are designed by staff of GMM IP3 SKIN THEMES. Skin theme must be added as it has been designed and before changing any parts of the CSS, you should contact the designer and ask permission to alter the design.

8.REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING SKINS AND THE ZIP FILES.
Requirements for all skins and the file for skins
FREE SKIN GALLERIES require presently 2 posts .. This can change at the discretion of the administrator periodically. All Free Galleries have a snapshot of skin theme included and if available a preview on a working forum. Most skin themes are available at any given time in the skin selector. All Free skin themes come in a Zip file. Zip file can be downloaded at bottom of post as an attachment.
SUBSCRIPTION GALLERIES are viewable to all the membership but unless a Subscription is purchase member will not be able to use download manager where SUBSCRIPTION GALLERIES zipfiles are available to download.

9. SUBSCRIPTION DOWNLOAD MANAGER
Download Manager is available for downloading all skin theme Zip Files. ALL Zip files will include buttons/markers and other images including banners and icons.
